A private dining experience where taste and story come together. Each edition revolves around a theme - from seasons and memories to cultural roots - and is designed by a chef in collaboration with KW9. Intimate, substantive and stylish.
Possible themes:

An evening where wine plays the starring role - always in combination with something unexpected: music, text, art or fine pairings. A renewed tasting, an evening in which wine opens something. A conversation, a memory. Sometimes with poetry, sometimes with vinyl, sometimes a dish that chafes - and for that very reason touches.
In small settings, we sample one ingredient, product or flavor direction. Think evenings with special oils, fermentations, cheeses or non-alcoholic distillates.
